阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)以睡眠时反复呼吸暂停、间歇性低氧、睡眠结构紊乱和反复微觉醒为特征,伴或不伴低通气的临床综合征。OSAHS是一种发病率较高,威胁人类健康,与全身各系统相关联的常见病,认识OSAHS早期诊治,对提高患者的生活质量有重要意义。

Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） is a clinic syndrome eharaetered with repeated apnea hypopnea,intermittent hypoxia,frequent arousals during sleeping at night whether eompanied with hypereapnia or not.OSAHS is a common disorder which has morbidity risk rate of potential danger and threatens the human beings, health in a terrible way;which has been increasingly implicated in the progression of other systemic diseases. The identification and appropriate treatment of OSAHS may have farreaehing consequences in improving a patient＇ s quality of life.
