摘要
目的:探讨农村胆囊结石与膳食因素的关系。方法:采用1∶1配比病例对照研究方法,选择余江县某镇两个村委会60例患者为病例组,无胆囊结石者60例为对照组,两组间同性别、同职业、文化程度相当、年龄相差不超过2岁。对所得资料进行单因素及多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果:早餐不规律、肥胖、高饱和脂肪及高胆固醇膳食为胆囊结石的危险因素,植物性食品为保护因素。结论:针对胆囊结石的危险因素,应改善生活方式,调整膳食结构,预防胆囊结石的发生。
Objecive: To study the relation between rural gallstone disease and dietary risk factors.Methods: An 1 :1 case control study was carried out. 60 gallstone cases and their matched pairs were investigated. Results: Irregular breakfast, obesity, high-fat and hypercholesterol diet were risk factors. Vegetable foods were defensive factors for gallstone disease. Conclusion: It is important to improve life-style and to modulate dietary pattern to prevent gallstone disease.
