Study on the Free Surface Effects of Random Wave Forces

应用非线性谱分析法对随机波浪载荷的自由表面效应进行了研究,提出了一种新的计算模型。研究表明,波峰及波谷处对应的波浪力可用平均总波浪力通过自由表面效应系数得出,并应用数值计算方法,给出了自由表面效应系数随相对波高的变化规律。

The free surface effects of random wave forces are studied by means of nonlinear spectral analysis and a new calculating model is proposed. The result of study indicates that the total wave forces corresponding to wave crest and wave trough can be obtained by using the average wave force and free surface coefficient. The law of change of free surface coefficient with respect to the relative wave height, h/d, is given in this paper by numerical computation. It is pointed out that in order to get more accurate estimating results of wave forces, the free surface effects should be taken into account when the relative wave height is not too small.
