20具成年尸体的188个腰椎后关节的研究发现,几乎所有关节内都有“半月板样结构”。其有5种组织形式:单纯滑膜、滑膜—纤维、纤维、脂肪和脂肪—纤维组织。后两种位于关节上下极腹侧隐窝,余三种在关节囊的各壁均可存在,并不同程度地伸入到关节面之间。从L_1、2到L_5、S_1,纤维到逐渐增多且男性多于女性。该结构可能是构成关节的成份之一,对稳定关节,协调关节活动起重要作用。异常情况下,可能是引起腰痛的结构基础。

One hundred and eighty eight Iumbar zygapophyseal joints of 20 adult cada- vers were studied, which almost all contain meniscoid. This structure was hi- stologically subclassified into five forms of tissue: simple synovial, synovial- fibrous, fibrous, fibro-adipose and adipose tissues. The last two lie constantly in the recesses at the superoventral and inferoventral poles of the joints·The rests may arise from any position of the capsule and ender betw- ecn the articular surfaces to various extent, and occurred frequently in the cranial and caudal poles of the joints. The incidence of the fibrous type gra- dually increaces from L_(1·2) to L_5·S_1 and more in the male. The meniscoid probably is considered as a normal constituent of the lumbar zygapophyseal joints, coordinating the joints moving, and abnormally, ltmay be a cause of the low back pain.
