摘要
本文论述了钢制立式油罐的技术经济评价关系到建设单位在油罐基建阶段的投资大小和投入使用后经济效益的好坏,也反映了设计水平的高低,因此具有十分重要的意义。文章认为油罐技术经济评价指标应包含两个部份:一是油罐基建阶段的钢材耗量和投资,它由每立方米容积耗钢量A(kg/m3)和容积造价C(元/m3)构成;二是在使用阶段的有效利用容积,其指标是有效系数B,对评价指标中的术语:容积、耗钢量和造价给出了定义,认为A小,C低,B大,则油罐技术经济指标好,设计水平高。文章认为油罐设计时应将许用容积接近但大于公称容积,在结构设计上应尽量提高储存油品的最高液位以增大许用容积。为了降低油罐每立方米容积耗钢量A和容积造价C,应从减小罐壁厚度考虑。三种型式的钢制立式油罐,一般应使有效系数B值达到0.92以上。
Technical and economic evaluation of steel-vertical oil tank is very important,because it concerns initial investment and future economic benefit. The author of this paper considers that this evaluation should include two parts: one-steel consumption A (kg/m3 ) and unit cost C(YUAN, RMB/ m3 ) during construction;another-effective utilization capacity of oil tank during operation expressed as effective factor B. Clearly, technical and economic indexes and design quality of oil tank are good when A and C is lower and B is bigger. The author recommends to increase B through raising oil level from structure design which is normally more than 0.92,to reduce A and C through thinning wall thickness of oil tank.
