摘要
DF4D型(全悬挂)机车在2005年初牵引电机后吊座发生开裂问题,为此采用了有限元分析和现场处理等手段,通过牵引电机后吊座发生开裂的原因分析,介绍了机务段改造、中修、大修等方案及处理措施,解决了这一危及行车安全的问题。
DF4D (full suspension) locomotive traction motor Crane Block Cracking was found in 2005, By using the finite element method and disposing on spot, overhaul treatment measure solving traffic safety problem and reason of traction motor crane block cracking is introduced. The reform for depot repair, intermediate overhaul and overhaul is suggested for DF4D locomotive repair.
