摘要
基于机车电度表的现状，结合芯片CS5460A，主要从硬件方面介绍了一种全电子式电力机车直流电能记录系统的技术原理，分析了该系统的隔离安全方面设计。该系统实现了机车用电、线网电压、线网电流的准确计量，同时为电力机车用电的科学管理打下了基础。
Based on the current situation of electric locomotives electricity meter, the technical principles of the full digital power gauge, and record ＆ analysis system based on CS5460A chip are presented in hardware.The isolation safety are analyzed.Accurate gauge of the electric locomotive energy, voltage of power line, current of power line, are realized through the intelligent electricity meter, which makes the seientitic management of electric locomotive energy possible.
