摘要
机械设备的振动信号包含了其运行状态的许多宝贵特征。现利用卡尔曼滤波技术来研究振动信号的预测问题,详细阐述了卡尔曼滤波预测模型和具体递推算法。并利用建立的卡尔曼振动预测模型对某实测振动信号通过Matlab编程进行预测仿真。仿真结果表明:使用卡尔曼滤波对振动信号进行建模预测可以获得较高的精度,同时兼有良好的实时性。
The vibrating signals of the machinery equipment contained a lot of important characteristics of the equipment.Authors use kalman filter technology to research the forecasting model of vibrating signals, and expound the kalman filter theory and arithmatic in detail.At last, base on the forecasting model, anthors give a real simulation of some vibrating signals by Matlab software which is collected fi'om a certain factory. The result shows that the kalman filter can attain higher accuracy in real time to make some forecastions for vibrating signals.
