摘要
通过对带127mm加重钻杆的柔性防卡钻具组合进行受力分析、计算,得出了钻压以及195mm方接头棱中心距钻头底部距离与井斜、方位变化率之间的定性关系。大庆油田3口定向井的现场试验表明,该钻具组合既满足了井眼轨道控制要求又达到防卡的目的。
Through analyzing and calculating the force subjected to by the flexible antisticking bottomhole assembly,which is accompanied by φ127mm weighted drilling pipe,this paper obtained the bit weight and the qualitative relationship between the distance from the center of φ195mm square connection to the bottom of bit and the change rate of azimuth and hole deviation.It is suggested by field tests in three directional wells of Daqing Oilfield that this drilling string assembly not only met the requirements of well trajectory control, but also achieved the goal of antisticking.
