摘要
针对马钢第一钢轧总厂弧形板坯连铸机生产的特点,自主开发了耐蚀B级船体钢,进行了结晶器内添加稀土丝方法的工业性试验。结果表明:稀土在220mm×1300mm板坯上分布均匀,稀土回收率≥80%,增加了等轴晶比率,提高了钢板的0℃冲击功。
Corrosion-resistant B-grade hull steel is independently developed at the No. 1 Steel Group of Masteel, based on the characteristics of the curved slab CO of the plant. In the process, industrial trial of rare earth wire feeding in slab mould is carried out, the result of which shows that the RE elements are uniformly distributed in the 220mm×1300mm slab, the RE yield is above 80%, the rate of equiaxed grain increases and 0℃ shock energy of the steel sheet is improved.
