摘要
为了给锅炉的运行、设计提供科学的依据,根据相似模化理论,针对引进法国Stein公司的360MWW型火焰锅炉进行了冷态空气动力特性研究。利用热线风速仪测量炉内的流场速度,得出了不同工况下炉内W型气流的流场图,并对不同工况流场的气流速度分布规律、气流行程、充满度、炉膛出口处的速度偏差等进行了分析,研究了炉内空气动力场的特性和变化规律,测试了W型火焰锅炉火焰短路与炉膛出口速度偏差的性能,同时指出了锅炉中存在的结构缺陷。
To provide scientific supports for the design and operation of W - shape flame boiler,the aerodynamic characteristics are investigated on a cold model, based on the Similarity Theory, the prototype is a 360 MW W - shape flame boiler with impellerless - flat burner imported from Stein Co. of France. The hot - wire anemometer is used to measure the velocity distribution of airflow field in the furnace. The velocity profiles of W - shape airflow field under different operating conditions are obtained. Regularities of air flow velocity distribution are analyzed to determine air flow path, air flow fullness in the furnace and airflow velocity deviation at the furnace exit for determining the aerodynamic characteristics of the furnace and testing the capability of flame short and flue gas velocity deviation. At the same time, the problems in design are pointed out .
