The earth problem connect with security of people and facility. Particularly the resistance of rural distraction is more high because of the complex landform and the different earth conductance. This paper mainly refers to the disposal and reasons research about exceeding earth resistance of rural electric distribution and substation in order to accumulate certain experience.
