低压气集输工程的技术特点

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LOW PRESSURE GAS GATHERING ENGINEERING

低压气集输技术是高中产气田开发后期必然遇到的问题之一，而煤层气、某些浅层天然气、某些边际气田的开发，从一开始就必须解决低压集气工程问题。首先介绍了国内外低压气集输工程概况，然后根据国外低压气集输系统的设计和操作实践，介绍了低压集气系统的基本类型、压缩机的选择导则、低压气特点对集输工程设计和操作的影响，以及负压集气技术的种种问题和解决措施，如氧污染、腐蚀、安全性、负压集气对气体处理工艺的影响等，并指出在我国有待开发的低压气集输的高效设备。

On the basis of the present designs and operating practices of low pressure gas gathering engineering at home and abroad,the basic types of low pressure gas gathering system,the selection principles of compressors,the influence of low pressure gas characteristics on the design and operating of gathering engineering,the various problems of vaccum gas gathering techniques and the sulations,such as oxygen contamination,corrosion,safety,the influence of vacuum gas gathering on gas treating processes etc.are introduced.Finally,the developing low pressure gas gathering facilities with high efficiency in China are listed.
