摘要
通过6种化学需氧量(COD)测定方法与重铬酸钾标准方法(GB11914-89)对比,找出了适于钻并污水 COD 的快速测试法——密封恒温法。由实验得出:该方法应用于钻井污水COD 的测定,准确度高,精密度好,加标回收率为95%~102%,并同时达到了节能、省时、节省药品和减少工作量等目的。该方法可用于油田实验室或现场批量分析测试。
It is necessary to determine the chemical oxygen demand(COD)in waste drilling fluids.By evaluating six methods to determine COD and comparing them with the standard method using K_2 Cr_2 O_7 specified in the National Standard GB11914-89, a rapid method is found out and improved.On the basis of tests in laboratory,it is show n that the method has a higher accuracy and precision and a desirable recovery rate of 95~ 102%.The method is capable of decreasing time expenditure and manpower and usage of agents,and applicable to both laboratory and field batch testing.
