摘要
作者旨在通过介绍印染企业用水、排水及热流失现状的调查结果,提出应对流失的热进行回收利用。作者根据自己的实践经验和调查,详细分析了热泵技术用于印染废水热回收的可行性,提供了三种利用热泵技术进行热回收的可行性方案,并对这三种方案作了详细介绍,同时指出各自的技术优点和难点,并以第一种方案为例作了经济效益分析。最后分析了推广使用热泵技术对印染废水热回收对节能环保和企业节省生产费用等方面的重要意义。
The purpose of the authors is to introduce the investigation result of water use and waste water discharge and heat loss in printing and dying enterprise and suggest to reclaim and use those lost heat. The authors detailedly analyze the feasibility of using heat pump technology in printing and dying waste water heat reclamation according their accumulate experience and investigation. And then provide three specific feasible heat reclamation programs by using heat pump technology. Show each advantages and difficulties when introduce these there programs. And calculate the economy efficiency about the first program. In the end, analyze the significance to the society and the enterprises when using this technology.
