侵入性操作时护士行为与患者应激反应的相关性研究

Correlation between Nurse's Behaviors and Patients'psychological Reaction when Perfoming Invasive Procedures

目的探讨侵入性操作时护士行为与患者应激反应的相关性,明确相关因素,改善服务行为。方法视侵入性护理操作为紧张性生活事件,测量120例接受侵入性操作患者的应激反应,采用单因素Logistic回归分析,确定侵入性操作时护士行为与患者应激反应的相关性。结果120例应激反应中有焦虑114例和恐惧6例。Logis- tic回归分析显示:患者的应激反应与护士对操作的解释、护士的语气语调、护士的操作技术、护士的动作等具有相关性。与护士的服饰仪表、护士的承诺不相关。结论侵入性操作时护士的行为与患者的应激反应是相关的,临床护士要注意自己的行为,在语言、动作、表情上展示护士的职业风采,提高服务品位。

Objective To explore the correlation between nurse＇s behaviors and patients＇ stress reaction when performing invasive procedures and to identify the related factors, so as to improve the service of the nurses. Methods The invasive procedures were taken as the nervous life incidence. The stress reaction of 120 patients receiving invasive procedures was measured. Single factor logistic regression analysis was used to study the correlation between the nursing behaviors and patients＇ stress reaction. Results Anxiety was found in 114 patients and fear was found in 6 patients among 120 patients. Logistic analysis indicated the stress reaction in patients was correlated with the nurse＇s explanation of procedures, tone and mood, skillfulness and action of nurses, and was not correlated with appearance and promises of nurses. Conclusion The behaviors of nurses is correlated with the stress reaction of patients, clinical nurses should mind their behaviors during work, especially the language, actions, complexion, so as to improve the nursing quality.
