运动神经元病及运动神经元病综合征31例临床分析

摘要
运动神经元病（MND）为选择性侵犯运动神经元的神经系统变性病，主要表现为骨骼肌萎缩、无力，直至呼吸肌麻痹而死亡。临床表现为运动神经元病（MND）而有明确病因者，称为运动神经元病综合征（MNDS）。本文分析了1990年至2006年，我院31例运动神经元病（MND）及运动神经元病综合征（MNDS）患者的临床资料，并探讨其病因及发病机制。现报告如下。
