Preliminary Analysis of the Meteorological Elements in the Sea Area Adjacent to the South Shetland Islands

本文讨论了影响研究海区气侯的主要因子即太阳辐射、大气环流和地形状况。在此基础上分析了研究海区的气压、气温、风、湿度与降水等气象要素的时空变化,给出了研究海区主要气象要素的分布特征。

Major factors resulting in the climate of the study area, i.e. solar radiation, atmospheric circulation and topographic features, are discussed. On the basis of this, temporal and spatial variations of the meteorological elements such as pressure, temperature, wind, humidity and precipitation of the study area are analysed, which gives the distribution characteristics of the meteorological elements in the area.
