摘要
探讨了工程总承包项目的管理模式和运作过程,并在此基础上分析总结了总承包商的合同责任和管理体系。在学习借鉴西方国家总承包管理模式的同时,要不断总结分析总承包的管理模式、运作过程与以往的专业施工承包模式的差异。
This paper discusses the management model and operation process of general contract project item lyzes the general contractors＇ contract responsibilities and management system. We should study general and anacontract management model of west countries and analyze management system, operation process of general contract project item and its difference from previous construction contract modes.
