摘要
目的了解鼻咽癌患者的心理状况并进行针对性护理。方法应用SCL-90症状自评量表,对125例鼻咽癌患者进行心理测试,并与国内常模进行比较。结果调查对象SCL-90的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖等6个因子分均值高于国内常模,经t检验,P<0.01,有显著性差异,说明测试对象存在着严重的心理障碍。结论及时采用合理的心理护理,可以减轻病人的心理障碍,提高依从性及生活质量。
Objectlve To investigate the mental status of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and nursing strategies for them. Methods A total 125 cases of mental status of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were investigated by using Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）, The scores were compared with national norm. Result The scores of somatizafion, depression, hostility, phobic, anxiety were significantly higher that these of national norm. These patients experienced a severe psychological disturbance. Conclusion Timely proper psychological nursing can relieve psychological disturbance and improve the life quality of caner patients.
