无汗性外胚叶发育不良1例

A case of Anhidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia

患者,男,15岁,因少汗反复发热15年就诊。皮肤科情况:头发较稀疏,眉毛稀少,指趾甲薄,牙齿发育尚可。全身皮肤干燥光滑,弥漫性皮肤异色样改变,毳毛及汗孔减少,毛果芸香碱皮肤发汗试验为弱阳性。诊断:无汗性外胚叶发育不良(不完全型)。治疗主要是对症处理,居于阴凉处所。

Skin section circumstance：the hair is more sparse,the eyebrow is rarely seen, toenail thin,the tooth develops fair. Whole body skin is dry and smooth, diffuse skin poikilodermalike change, down hair and sweat bore decrease,the Pilocarpine skin perspiration experiment was weak masculine gender. Diagnosis：anhidrotic ectodermal dysplasia （incompletely type）. Treatment is symptomatic, living in the shade premises.
