摘要
目的评价三株抗卵巢上皮癌相关抗原单抗COC166-9、183E、183F1联合和单一检测肿瘤标志物的价值,尤其是对卵巢良恶性肿瘤的鉴别。方法单抗COC166-9、183E、183F1免疫组化方法检测了卵巢上皮癌83例、卵巢良性肿瘤46例,四格表法统计出四项诊断指标值。结果随着单抗联合数量的增多,诊断卵巢癌的特异性由91.3%上升到97.8%(二种联合)直至100%(3种联合),假阳性率降为0。结论多项肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高特异性,降低假阳性率。单抗COC166-9、183E、183F1联合检测对卵巢上皮癌尤其是卵巢良恶性肿瘤更具鉴别诊断意义。
Objective To assess the value of 3 monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) against the tumor-asociated antigens of ovarian carcinomas for diagnosing and differentiating ovarian neoplasms. Methods Imminohistochemical method (PAP stainig) using COC 166-9 ,183E or 183F,was employed to study 83 ovarian carcinomas and 46 benign ovarian tumors. The results were analyzed by referring to the pathology of the specimens to calculate the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and expected positivity of the single MoAb tests and the combinations of ths tests. Results The specificity of COC 166-9 test was 91.3%.The value would be increased to 97.8% when the positive result of 183E or 183F test was considered together,If all of the 3 MoAb tests were positive, the specificity of the immunohistochemical assay would be 100%, with the rate of false positivity being zero. Conclusion Joint detection of different tumor markers will increase the specificity of the immunoassay and lower its rate of false positivity.The combination of COC 166-9 ,183E and 183F is of high practical value for diagnosing epithelial ovarian cancer and differentiating benign from malignant ovarian tumors.
