摘要
针对目前物业管理招投标过程中存在的问题,指出由于地方保护主义,开发商受经济利益驱动,法规、社会监督体制及交接设计的不完善,致使招投标过程无法体现"公平、公正、公开"的原则。提出物业管理首先应该把好招标关,只有这样才能使得业主最终选出优秀的管家,为业主创造优美、舒适、安全的工作生活环境。
In allusion to the problems existing in the invitation of bidding and bid of property management, the paper points out that procedure of bidding and bid is not fair , impartial and open. The reason is that the developers have been driven by economy advantage because of the local protectionism and legal regulations, social supervision system and handover design are imperfect. In our opinion, property management should do well in the invitation of bidding firstly. Only thus can the owner vote in an excellent chamberlain who can create a beautiful, comfortable and safe environment for the owner.
