摘要
在6只幼猪室颤模型中,比较了扁平心脏挤压器和球形心脏挤压器的复苏效果。室颤2min后,先后以上述两种挤压器进行复苏,各2min。结果:与球形挤压器比,扁平心脏挤压器显著提高冠状循环灌注压,后者为前者的两倍,表明只有扁平挤压器能符合设计要求,其血流动力学效益应归因于有效的心脏挤压作用。
Two types of intra thoracic heart presser(ITHP) involved in this study are flat ITHP and spherical ITHP. Flat ITHP was designed to keep flat with its cardiac side concave after inflation in attempt to trap the heart in the direction of ITHP compression. In contrast, spherical ITHP will become spherical with a convex cardiac side after inflation, which inevitably push the heart aside. In 6 piglets with ventricular fibrillation, the hemodynamic response to these two types of ITHP was studied respectively for 2 minutes each. It was proved that using flat ITHP, coronary perfusion pressure was twice as high as that using spherical ITHP. The results indicate that only flat ITHP could satisfy our requirement of the design, and its hemodynamic benefit might be attributed to its effective cardiac compression.
