中小企业作为数量最多的创造社会财富的主体,在我省经济当中表现出了非常重要的地位,而它们的知识产权工作效果的好坏将直接影响到自身的发展。尽管我省中小企业的知识产权意识在逐年增强,但在一些具体问题方面暴露出了很多问题,这其中,有相当一部分是因为政府及其职能部门的行政服务职能还没有完全到位所致。因此,政府如何转变其服务职能支持我省中小企业的知识产权工作便显得非常迫切。

Small and medium - sized enterprise, as the maximum main body creating social wealth, plays an important role in our provincial economy, and their intellectual property work results will affect their development. Though their consciousness is raised, it still betrays many problems in terms of details, due to government and its functional departments＇poor administrative service. So how to change government＇s service work to support our province＇s small and medium -sized enterprises＇intellectual property work becomes very urgent.
