摘要
应用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测尿路感染(UTI)患者血清和尿sIL-2R水平。结果显示:①膀胱炎患者血清和尿sIL-2R水平显著低于健康人(P<0.05),提示免疫细胞功能低下可能是UTI的易感因素之一。②急性肾盂肾炎(APN)患者血清和尿sIL-2R水平显著高于健康人(P<0.05),提示T细胞参与了APN机体防御。③慢性肾盂肾炎(CPN)患者血清sIL-2R水平显著高于APN组和健康人(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01),尿sIL-2R水平显著高于健康人(P<0.001)且与尿IL-8水平呈显著正相关(n=18,r=0.536,P<0.05),提示T细胞在CPN机体防御中起重要作用,同时局部免疫功能紊乱可能是炎症持续进展的原因之一。④血清和尿sIL-2R检测对肾盂肾炎与膀胱炎鉴别可能有参考价值。
Serum and urine sIL 2R levels were determined by using sandwich ELISA in patients with urinary tract infections(UTI) The results showed:①In the patients with cystitis,serum and urine sIL 2R levels were si gnificantly lower than those in healthy controls( P <0 05),which suggested that the impaired immunocyte function may be a susceptible factor of UTI ②In the patients with acute pyelonephritis(APN),serum and urine sIL 2R le vels were significantly higher than those in healthy controls ( P <0 05) The findings indicated that T lymphocytes play some roles in host defences ③In the patients with chronic pyelonephritis(CPN),serum sIL 2R levels were significantly higher than those in APN and healthy controls( P<0 05,P <0 01),urine sIL 2R levels were significantly higher than those in healthy controls ( P <0 001) and there existed a positive correlation between sIL 2R and IL 8 levels in urine( n=18,r=0 536,P <0 05) These findings indicated that T lymphocytes are important in host defences and local immune dysfunction may play arole in the continuity and progression of inflammation in CPN ④Detection of sIL 2R in urine and serum will contribute to distinguishing pyelonephritis from cystitis
