In this paper, some of containing Fluorine-Chlorine Compound which including 3-chloro-4-fluoronitrobenzene, 5- chloro-2-fluoronitrobenzene, 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene, 2,6- dichlorofluorobenzene, 3 -chloro -4 -fluoroaniline, 5 -chloro - 2fluoronitrobenzene,2,4 -dichloro -5 -fluorobenzoic acid,2 - chloro-5-（trifluoromethyl）pyridine etc . which using for pharmaceutical intermediates or raw were summarized. Among the use and sythetic methods on the 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene and 2, 4-dichloro-5-fluorobenzoic acid were described in detail. At the same time, they synthesis methods, application, properties and development, supply and demand also are discussed.
