多电平矩阵变换器系统的数学模型

摘要 多电平矩阵变换器(MMC)是在多电平逆变器和传统矩阵变换器(CMC)的基础上发展的一种新颖电力电子变换器.笔者介绍其拓扑电路,采用基于空间矢量调制策略,以电容电压、输入侧电流和输出侧电流为状态变量,建立了由供给电源、输入电感、多电平矩阵变换器和阻感性负载组成的系统的状态平均模型,为设计其控制器及深入研究提供参考. Multilevel matrix converter(MMC)is the novel power electronic topology convener based on the conventional matrix convener(CMC) and multilevel inverter. After introducing its circuit topology , based on space vector modulation strategy, the stage average model of whole system which includes supply source, the input side inductance , the multi- level matrix converter and load is established considering capacitance voltages,input side currents and output side currents. These lay the foundation for the design of its controller and in-depth study.
