糖尿病大鼠肾糖原去向的探讨

The way of vanish for renal glycogen in diabetic rats

目的探讨糖尿病大鼠肾糖原的去向。方法将20只SD大鼠分为实验组与对照组，前者腹膜腔内注射四氧嘧啶，建立糖尿病大鼠模型。1月后收集尿夜，测尿糖原含量。结果实验组、对照组尿糖原浓度分别为（10．9±1．91）mg／ml、（1．33±0．27）mg／ml。结论糖尿病大鼠部分肾糖原从尿中丢失。

Objective To understand the way that renal glycogen vanished in diabetic rats. Methods Twenty males, two month old SD rats were selected at random and divided into experimental group and control group, diabetic rats was induced by intraperitoneal administration of alloxan. One month later, urine was collected in two groups for the detection of glycogen contents. Results Urinal glycogen concentrations of experimental group and control group were 10. 9±1.91 mg/ml and 1.33±0. 27 mg/ml respectively. Conclusion The renal glycogen was partially lost in urine.
