藏红花治疗血瘀型冠心病心绞痛的研究

将４０例血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者，分为藏红花组（２０例）和丹参对照组（２０例）进行治疗前后对照和组间比较。结果：藏红花组缓解心绞痛总有效率为９０％；治疗后全血粘度显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）；低切变率下全血粘度降低强于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。实验证实该药甲醇提取物能显著降低全血粘度、缩小心肌梗死范围。提示：藏红花治疗冠心病心绞痛有一定疗效。

cases of exertional angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrom were divided randomly into two groups,20 cases of saffron group treated with saffron,20 cases of patient treated with danshen tablet was taken as control group.The results:(1)the total effective rate in allevating angina pectoris was 90% in saffron group;(2) whole blood viscosity in saffron group significantly decreased than that pretreatmentally( P <0.001);(3) comparing with control group,whole blood viscosity at low shear rate decreased( P <0.05).In exprimental studies,XHH-1(extractive fraction from saffron with methanol) also showed significant effect on decreasing whole blood viscosity in rats and reducing infarct size in rats after acute coronary occlusion.It suggested that saffron is valuable in treating exertional angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrom,XHH-1 is active fraction of the therapeutic effect from saffron.
