活细胞内单分子实时显示的光学途径探索 被引量:2

摘要 现代光学探测技术具有高空间分辨率、高时间分辨率、大信息量、无损伤、可实现活体探测等优点,因而成为实现单分子探测的首选方法.针对单分子探测中高时空分辨率、高灵敏度、高特异性的要求建立并发展了多种光学成像和光谱探测方法.在此基础上,我们在活细胞内单个蛋白分子之间的相互作用、活细胞内单个蛋白分子动力学、液体环境中单个分子的拉曼光谱等3个方面开展了应用基础研究,这些工作为在单分子水平上研究生命活动的细节奠定了基础.
