光动力学疗法的单态氧剂量评估 被引量:4

摘要 光动力学疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)是一种治疗肿瘤等疾病的一种新疗法.简要介绍了用于PDT剂量学研究的主要方法,重点阐述了利用单态氧(1O2)在1270nm的近红外发光进行PDT疗效评估的优点.利用新型光电倍增管和时间分辨光谱技术开发了一个用于PDT剂量评估的高灵敏度1O2发光检测系统.实验测量了玫瑰红的近红外发光光谱,三重态玫瑰红和1O2在水溶液中的寿命分别为(2.77±0.17)和(3.15±0.14)μs,结果表明所开发的1O2发光检测系统具有很高的灵敏度和测量精度.离体细胞实验结果进一步表明:细胞的存活率与PDT治疗过程中所产生的累积1O2发光光子数呈正相关,所开发的1O2发光检测系统适用于PDT剂量学研究.
