城市工业搬迁的动因、方式和效果——以北京市为例

Analysis of the Movement of Industrial Firms Dominated by Local Governments:A Case of Beijing

本文在比较工业搬迁与企业迁移异同的基础上,根据城市产业空间布局的基本原理指出城市工业布局变化和工业搬迁的一般机制,并以北京市1985年以来的工业搬迁情况为例,分析了城市发展、产业结构等因素对城市工业布局的影响以及搬迁目的、搬迁方式和搬迁政策等对搬迁效果的影响。本文尝试性的情况梳理、因素分析和经验总结.可以为北京和其他城市政府促进产业合理转移,协调地区经济发展提供政策依据,也可以为今后对于我国工业搬迁和企业迁移的深入研究提供一定参考。

This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism movement of industrial fh-ms dominated by local government in China cities based on the composition of it with the firm relocation in the market economy. The influences of the alms, modes and polices to the results of the movements are discussed according to the eases in Beijing since 1985. The main findings are that the development of city, especially the economic structure is the basic motivation of governments to relocate the city industrial and the policies are the most important to the effect of movements.
