转型期我国中小企业与研究机构合作的信任基础

An Exploration on the Trust Base of Cooperation between Small-and-Medium.Sized Enterprises and Research Institutes

中国社会转型期间的信任结构极大地影响着研究机构与中小企业的合作方式和效率。本文认为,信任机制是决定研究机构与中小企业合作是否成功的基础,并从理论上剖析了转型期信任机制的转变规律。

Research institute is one of the key elements of the social capital of Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises （SMEs）. By cooperat- ing with research institutes, SMEs can get technological support and knowledge which facilitates their development, As their cooperation is characterized by high information asymmetry and uncertainty, the cooperation is not likely to be successful without a good base of mutual trust. The paper discusses how the trust structure is influencing the pattern and efficiency of SMEs-Research Institute cooperation, and how this trust structure is changing in the period of social transition in China.
