Luo Haocai, Vice-Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference （CPPCC） and President of China Society for Human Rights Studies （CSHRS）, met with Professor Hans Petter Graver, Board Chairman of the Norwegian Center for Human Rights （NCHR）, University of Oslo on the afternoon of September 3. CSHRS Vice President and Secretary-general Dong Yunhu was present at the meeting.
