中西医结合治疗中晚期青光眼的临床研究

A clinical study of middle and late stages of glaucoma by conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

目的:通过观察临床中晚期青光眼患者的病情,采取有效的中西医结合疗法对中晚期青光眼进行临床治疗。方法:本研究先采用术前局部与全身用降眼压药以降低患者的眼压、减少术后并发症,然后在应用复方丹参注射液和能量合剂改善视神经缺血、低氧状况下,联合小梁切除术进行治疗。结果:中晚期青光眼患者经过1个月治疗后,复查结果显示大部分患者的视力都有所提高,其中,12(16只眼)例患者视力明显好转;7例(10只眼)患者的病情有所好转;另外9例(12只眼)患者的病情没有变化。结论:中晚期青光眼手术后早期采用中西医结合治疗,可为青光眼的治疗开辟新的途径。

Objective： By observing patients condition of middle and late stages of glaucoma in clinic, we took effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to heal patients of middle and late stages of glaucoma. Methods： At first, this research applied part or system medicine that can decrease intra-ocular tension and reduce postoperative complications. Then we made use of complex salvia mihiorrhiza injection and energy mixture to improve optic nerve ischemia, oxygen-poor, at the same time operated trabeculectomy. Results： After treating patients of middle and late stages of glaucomas for 1 month, the result showed most patients had a good recovery from the illness. 12 （16 eyes） patients had an obvious improvement in sight, and 7 （10 eyes） patients got better. But another 9 （12 eyes）patients condition did not change. Conclusion： Treating patients in the early days of the operation can open up a new way to treat glaucoma.
