摘要
中华人民共和国司法部第107号令发布的《司法鉴定程序通则》已于2007年10月1日起实施,本文就建设工程检测实验室在开展司法鉴定工作时应如何加强管理进行了分析和探讨。
General Rules of Procedure for Expert Testimony（ serial No. 107 ） have been published by Ministry of Judicial of The People＇s Republic of China and carry out on Oct. 1,2007. In this paper, author analyzed and discussed that how to managing testing laboratories of construction engineering in expert testimony.
