对于一项建筑电气工程而言,从开工到竣工,施工现场管理自始至终都起着至关重要的作用。本文对如何加强建筑电气工程施工管理进行探讨,提出要做好电气施工前期的准备,加强电气施工阶段的管理,并进行设备调试,保证使用功能。

For a building electrical engineering project, construction management plays an important part from the project starting to finish. Quality of site management affects quality, security and rate of progress, even the economic benefit of construction project. This paper discusses how to improve the construction management of building electrical engineering, gives some advises such as making arrangements before electrical construction, improving the management of electrical construction phase, debugging the equipments to ensure their function.
