试论琼南旅游经济圈的构建

On the Construction of the Tourism Economic Circle in the South of Hainan

以三亚为中心构建琼南旅游经济圈,对于琼南地区以至整个海南省的旅游经济发展都具有重大意义。琼南旅游经济圈应包括三亚、保亭、陵水、万宁、乐东、东方、五指山七个市县,以及西沙、中沙、南沙诸群岛。为了加快琼南旅游经济圈的建设步伐,当前要尽快成立一个组织协调机构,重新进行整体规划,开放西沙群岛旅游。

In order to promote the economic development of southern Hainan even to the whole province, it is very important to make Sanya as the center city to build up the tourism economic circle. The tourism economic circle of seven cities and counties, they are Sanya, Baotin9, Linshui, Wangnin9, Ledon9, Dongfang and Wuzhishan, the circle even includes some islands, they are Xisha, Zhongsha and Nangsha. In order to speed up the construction procedure of the circle ,we should establish an institution that we can organize and coordinate the construction,so that we can carry on the entire project again, and open the tour of the Xisha Islands.
