下颌下腺动静脉腺支的显微解剖

Microscopical Anatomy of Glandular Branches of Artery and Vien in the Submandibular Gland

５２具成人尸体股动脉红色乳胶灌注，１０％福尔马林固定。在手术显微镜下解剖下颌下腺的动静脉腺支。游标卡尺测量各腺支长度，外径及静脉瓣大小。

Fifty two adult corpses were irrigated through the femoral artery with red emulsion and fixed with 10% formalin. And then glandular branches of artery and vein in the submandibular gland were anato mized under the surgical microscope. Glandular branches of the facial arteries were (4.57±1.68)mm in length, (1.02±0.27)mm in radius;glandular branches of the submental arteries are (4.39±1.40)mm in length, (0.78±0.22)mm in radius. Glandular branches of vein coursing on the surface of submandibular gland were (4.94±2.33)mm in length, (1.18±0.49)mm in radius; glandular branches of vein in the submental vein were (4.18±1.35)mm in length, (0.92±0.11)mm in radius. The clinical significance of these blood vessels was discussed in the present study.
