十二指肠溃疡患者血清及胃窦粘膜组织中胃泌素生长抑素含量与G、D细胞计数

The Contents of Gastrin and Somatostatin in Serum and Antral Mucosa and G cell and D cell Counts in Duodenal Ulcer

采用放免分析法，测定２２例正常人，２８例活动期十二指肠球部溃疡（其中１３例合并中重度胃窦炎）患者空腹血清及胃窦粘膜组织中胃泌素，生长抑素含量，同时应用免疫组化法对Ｇ、Ｄ细胞进行计数。结果：球溃疡时血及粘膜组织中胃泌素，生长抑素含量及Ｇ。

The contents of gastrin and somatostatin in fasting serum and antral mucosa were determined by radioimmunoassay in 28 patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and 22 normal subjects as a control. Among those 28 cases 13 had moderate or severe antral gastritis. We calculated the G cell and D cell counts with immunohistochemical technique simultaneously. The results showed that there was a correlation between the severity of antral gastritis and the changes of the contents of gastrin and somatostatin and the counts of G and D cells in duodenal bulbar ulcer.
