摘要
本文通过对齿廓抛物线的修形,来优化标准渐开线直齿轮的润滑性能。通过对齿面的接触分析,将齿轮啮合原理和弹性流体动力润滑理论有机地结合,计算了修形齿轮的润滑性能,并以一个啮合周期的平均润滑性能为目标优化修形长度、齿顶修形量和抛物线修形曲线;编制了C语言程序,分析了数值计算结果,得到了一些有益的结论。
Optimizing the lubrication performance of standard involute spur gear with parabolic profile modification is investigated in this paper.Via tooth contact analysis,the principle of gearing and the theory of elastic hydrodynamic lubrication are combined to compute the lubrication performance of modified gear.The average lubrication performance in a mesh period is used as objective criterion.The start radius of profile modification,the amount of tooth tip relief,and the shape of parabolic modification curve all can be optimized.By analyzing the numerical results,some conclusions are drown.
