摘要
在齿轮的第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ公差组中,选择具有综合性的公差或极限偏差项目作为目标,建立质量损失函数,计算它们的工厂容差,再按标准决定它们所属公差组的精度等级。由实际传动要求定出齿轮副侧隙的最小值、最大值及用户容差;考查齿厚(公法线长度)的波动和齿轮中心距的波动对侧隙波动的影响;计算每项指标的工厂容差,确定其公差和极限偏差,并选择齿轮副的侧隙代号。
From the tolerance groups of numbered Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,one comprehensive tolerance or limits deviation is chosen as an object of the quatity loss functions and its work s allowance can be calculated by use of the function.And then the accuracy grade of the relevant tolerance group is determined by the corresponding work s allowance.The minimum and maximum backlash of gearing are resolved in view of the transmission requests.Considering the functions to backlash are due to Ess,Ews, and fa,wa can calculate their work s allowances and obtain standard tolerances and limits deviations.
