摘要
在973~1123K、10-3~10-4s-1的条件下,首次得到铸造/热压PrFeBCu[006]为主峰的磁织构。
Under the condition of temperature 973~1123K and strain rate 10 3 ~10 4 s 1 ,magnetic texture has been first achieved in cast/hot pressed PrFeBCu magnets. Their residual magnetization have been increased 1 time than those before hot pressing.In the cast state,there are two kinds of rich Pr phases, one is Pr(FeCu) 2+Pr 2Fe 14 B whose melting temperature is 1333K, and the other one is Pr(FeCu) 2+Pr+Pr 2Fe 14 B whose melting temperature is 891K. So during hot pressing, rich Pr phases are not always liquid, and the lower melting temperature one is extruded in the first pressing stage.This point is different from the previous papers .Only at 973~1123K ,strength of grain boundaries and rich Pr phase is perhaps larger than that of intracrystaline and Pr 2Fe 14 B phase.Crystal face (001) has enough time to slide at 10 3 ~10 4 s 1 .Sotexture can be obtained. But at higher strain rate(10 1 ~10 2 ),(105) perhaps is slid faster than (001).And at higher temperature,1173~1273K,strength of the grain boundaries is not above that of intracrystalline.Pr 2Fe 14 B grains may be fractured. Fragmentation speed is higher than sliding one.(105) sliding may be adapt to the situation. So under these conditions,(105) texture is formed.
