摘要
以水玻璃为原料,用溶胶凝胶法,在着重研究了溶胶中SiO2含量和湿凝胶干燥温度对产品性能影响的基础上,优选工艺条件,制得了粒径为1~2mm,孔径为1~6nm,比表面积达360~700m^2/g范围的多种纳米级微孔SiO2玻璃球。比表面积和孔径数据表明,本文方法可作为制备纳米级微孔基质材料的一种成本较低廉的新工艺。
Microporous silica spheres were prepared by sol gel method with waterglass as raw material.The effects of SiO 2%(wt) content in aqueous sol and drying temperature on the properties of silica spheres were investigated. Based on the optimization of preparing conditions,microporous silica spheres with the particle size in the range of 1mm to 2mm, BET surface area up to 360~770m 2/g and the micropore size ranging from 1.0nm to 6.0nm were obtained.They can be used as microporous matrixes for nanostructural functional materials.
