摘要
研究了新显色剂邻羧基苯基偶氮皮素与Fe(Ⅲ)在弱酸性介质中的显色反应。试验结果表明:利用此反应测定Fe(Ⅲ)的灵敏度很高,表现摩尔吸光系数达7.3x104L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围为0~4μg/10mL。应用于锌样中微量Fe(Ⅲ)的测定,获得了满意的结果。
Color reaction between a new chromogenic reagent ortho carboxyl poisoning azo quercetin and Fe ( Ⅲ ) in weak acid medium is described . Experiments show that a high sensitivity in determining Fe ( Ⅲ ) with this reaction is obtained. The molar absorptivity is 7.3 ×104L.mol-1cm-1,and its linear range is 0~4μg/10 ml. Excellent results are obtained in the determination of micro amount Fe( Ⅲ ) in zinc with this reaction .
