摘要
大蒜根尖分生组织细胞中期染色体蛋白主要有19条蛋白质谱带,它们的分子量约在14~97kd.用Jeppesen介绍的方法抽提得到的组蛋白,经电泳检测发现有6条谱带,包括2种H1和4种小分子量组蛋白(H3、H2b、H2a、H4).染色体骨架蛋白中,37kd、38kd、40kd和43kd4种蛋白质成份较为清楚,可以认为是中期染色体骨架的主要成份.
bout 19 bands of metaphase chromosome proteins have been detected in the root tipmeristem of Allium sativum by SDS-polyacrylamide gel technique. The molecular weightsof these proteins range from 14000 to 97000 dation. Histones, which were extracted frommetaphase chromosome by the method of Jeppensen, were shown to have 6 bands includ-ing 2 bands of H1 and 4 small molecular weight bands of H3 .H2a.H2b.H4 on SDS-polyacrylamide gels.In chromosome scaffolding, 4 major bands of 37000 dalton, 38000 dalton, 40000 dalton and 43000 dalton have been identified; the molecular weights of these proteins correspond to some more familiar proteins, such as actin and tubolin. they could be consideredas the major scaffolding proteins.
