摘要
基于系统最优原则,将计划车流看成是对路网能力提出的要求,把路网上车流径路的优化问题,采用分层次考虑的办法进行分析。
In this paper, based on principle of System Optimization, we look planning wagon flow as an request for the ability on railway network,analyse the problem of wa gon path in several steps, and give an effective algorithm with complexity of O(n 5) .
