针对我国新型建筑材料迅速发展的实际情况，讨论了监理工程师对广泛采用但尚无统一标准的新型建筑材料进行使用控制的基本原则，特别提出监理的具体控制程序、控制方法和控制体系．

With the development and employment of the new building materials in project, this article approaches the foundamental priciples of the using of engineer controlling new type building materials which has no universal criterion,propose a set of control procedure, control method and appraise system in the view of supervision.
