摘要
我们以纯化的茶皂甙为标准品,采用光度法对茶皂素的定量测定方法进行了研究.以8%的香草醛乙醇溶液和77%硫酸为显色剂,测定波长为452.5nm,显色反应的温度为60℃、反应时间为15分钟为宜.本方法具有操作简便,消耗试剂量少及重复性好等特点.结果表明本法适用于工业分析中茶皂素的定量测定.
Quantitative determination of thea saponin with purified saponin as standard by spectrophotometrywas studied. 8% Vanilin-alcohol solution and 77% sulfuric acid were used as colour reagents,the wavelength is 452. 5nm, the colour reacton temperature is 60℃ and the reaction time is 15 minutes. Thismethod is easy to operate, less reagent consumption and good repeatability. Results showed that themethod was suitable for the quantitative determination of thea saponin in industrial analysis.
